At times like this we need integrity more than ever. At Broadcast Rentals we’ve received several calls already where customers have gotten outrageous price quotes at a time when they need a solid partner the most. Although most of us are honorable there are some predatory practices in play that will hurt our industry.  It’s the same with cancellation charges. Obviously when costs are incurred, they need to be recouped but when charges are applied just because they can be it’s taking advantage of a customer. Our customers would much rather be working and we’ve waived all cancellation fees over the past couple of weeks and will continue to do so as we move through this crisis. Ethical pricing and ethical practices are all part of a positive experience.
